As Sir have discussed here I truly believe in the need of creativity in daily life, not just for sake of profession or work but to live .Being a skill which can be taught too creativity is present in people at various levels. There is a common perception that only artists and writers need creativity ,but I believe it is a utter stupidness . Whether it be a doctor or an engineer or even a cleaner or driver the knowledge along with creativity makes the work more easier and graceful. Even I had some minimum realisations about this , but amidst this talk when sir told to study by visualising reaper and setting of poem and being the poet for sometime ,I was thinking what a beautiful imaginative process and exercise it will be. Similarly if maths and physics is also taught by these ways students will surely be more interested .Scientists talk upon a lot of creative techniques like Morphological analysis,circles brainstorming and TRIZ to enhance creativity. Instead of going behind all these complex procedures I personally think that creativity should at first be taught by surroundings ,learned from nature and close circles .Just a knowledgeable youth with no creativity is just equal to being a robot which work the way exactly it is programmed.
Good one, so the management lesson that I can draw from this is - don't think in a traditional way but follow the road not taken path by thinking differently to be successful!

I have two questions. 1. you were discussing about indiscipline in our system. How Bharath and its ancient wisdom can be achieved through this indiscipline.? 2.
