I am Arun Dev from Kerala;
I have known Dr. TP Sasikumar for 4 years. He came to Maharajas College Ernakulam to facilitate us. I was deeply interested in his works so with college permission I decided to go to JNAANAM camp in Kannur which is hosted by Sasi Kumar sir. I can’t remember how many days that was in the residential camp, but it created more opportunity to learn.
He didn’t ask me for any financial contribution to pay for his camp. He also gave me some contribution to my return travel also. I am writing this letter with more gratitude and more blessings. Most interesting thing is we are not connected now. Sometimes I will get some whatsapp messages related to his teaching that’s all. Also because of my business and learnings I didn’t get time to watch those videos. To be open I ignore those.
Key learnings of JNAANAM camp
1) How to live in the present moment and create value in this moment. This was my topmost key learning. As a coach still I am struggling to be in the present moment.
2) Don’t take anything especially material things from others without asking their permission.
I can relate this with a story which happened in JNNANAM camp. I was very fond of camera and really like to click pictures. In his house he had a camera that was little costly. Without his permission I took his camera and began to click pictures. He came and scolded so badly. I felt that time was very bad at that time. After this 5 year I am recognizing the values of that. After that incident I never took someone things without their permission. It's 90% true.

I have a desire to change lives for the better, including my own. One of the greatest truths is that my transformation enables transformation. I have to trust that as one of the approaches to human development. Why I am writing this letter to you is Sushant Singh’s suicide Yesterday gave another wake up call. I know what’s the pain and deep depression behind that pain because I also tried to suicide(before 2 years ago) but God’s sake nothing happened.
I wish to do something different in my life that creates more value to me and my society also.
Heart breaking and disappointments are my greatest teachers in my life. I struggled a lot in my life, especially in intimate relationships. I learned that relationships are mirrors to understand ourselves.
I have been going through a period of significant changes and growth in my life for a while now. I have decided to make some changes in my life. I see coaching as an avenue to realizing my own goals, dreams and potential as well.
Coaching offered me the opportunity to sit with another person and draw from the well of life together. These were soul nourishing experiences through which I learned what it takes to support others to recognize and move beyond identity masks and layers of perceived limitation and to connect with what was really going on.
The deeper the conversation went, the more real we became authentic, vulnerable, open, revealed and truthful. Not only my clients, but myself as well. The most powerful conversations which I experienced are like more soul connections. We are dancing together and learning together as friends.
